Nurturing new beginnings, one birth at a time...
Birth doulas provide physical, emotional and partner support during pregnancy, labor and immediate postpartum. We also provide up to date evidence-based resources so you can make the best possible decisions about your pregnancy and labor.
Every mom deserves nurturing and attentive care. Parents who choose doula support are more likely to remember their birth experience positively. Every birth is different and unique, just like all birthing families are unique. As your doula, I'll aim to support you exactly how you want to be supported. Not every family makes the same decisions about labor and birth. My goal is to listen and help you achieve a positive birth experience that will remain with you and your family long after your delivery. Regardless of where or how you choose to bring your baby into this world, I'll be by your side serving and supporting you every step of the way. DONA International has an excellent resource on the role of doulas in supporting families. Click the link below to learn more about the role a doula can play in your birth experience.

Basic Birth Support Package
Having a doula meant having a confident cheerleader, she'd been around the block more than once and knew I could do what needed to be done! It meant comfort, empathy and encouragement during one of the most lonely and scary experiences of my life. It meant relief of pain as she worked almost as hard as I did to make me as comfortable as possible. And when it was all over, it was another dear friend to celebrate the miracle that had just happened!
